All our online banking solutions are accessible using a secure connection with an ‘https://’ address and use extended-validation (EV) digital certificates.
Users should be very vigilant if they receive any unexpected e-mail, telephone call or fax claiming to be from UBP and never disclose any personal data in such cases as UBP would never ask for it in such a way.
Personal information should also never be disclosed to any person who has not been identified with certainty or whose motives are doubtful.
Users should carefully check the addresses of e-mail messages received from unusual senders and pay attention to irregularities such as spelling or grammar mistakes and/or the tone of the message. A link or attachment should never be clicked on if there is any doubt whatsoever that the e-mail message is genuine.
It is also essential to watch out for e-mails with unusual content. Phishing attacks tend to be designed to cause curiosity, fear or a sense of urgency in the reader, inciting them to carry out the suggested action. For checking sources, users must never click on links provided in the suspicious message; they must use official addresses, typing them manually or selecting them from their list of favourites.

First Connection.
This authentication method is with the SecurID key provided. Enter your password and then the code displayed on your SecurID key. That code is valid for only 60 seconds and each code can only be used once.
This method uses your mobile device and UBP Mobile App as an authenticator. Log into UBP Mobile App, go to More (...) section and then Authentication Token. Fill your pin, click on submit and use the generated one-time password (OTP) to authenticate.
With this authentication method, scan the displayed QR code with your mobile device by going to the UBP Mobile app under 'More'.
With this authentication method, you will receive an access request through the UBP app on your mobile device. Acknowledge receipt of the message to log in.
Useful Information
UBP's default enrolment and activation process is performed through UBP Mobile App. Prior to your first connection, please ensure you have downloaded the app from the Apple or Google store and that you've received an email with your login and first activation code.
